Maersk announced TDS and PSS

On January 4th, Maersk issued another update regarding charges related to the Red Sea. Effective from January 1, 2024, they will be implementing the Transport Disruption Surcharge (TDS) and Peak Season Surcharge (PSS). For the Far East to Northern Europe, Mediterranean, and US East Coast routes, the TDS will range from $200 to $450 (prices vary based on container types), while the PSS will be between $300 and $2000 (prices vary based on container types), until further notice.
