Yang Ming and Wan Hai Continue to Increase Freight Rates in Southeast Asia

According to the latest Southeast Asia line quotation of Yang Ming Maritime, starting from December 16th, the freight rate for extra vessel and AD HOC will increase by USD 600 per TEU and USD 1,200 per FEU, the highest increase of more than 100%, setting the history of Southeast Asian lines.

Wan Hai Lines also announced that starting from December 20, it will increase by another US$400 per TEU for the three ports of Thailand and another US$800 per FEU.
